We are thrilled to announce the launch of our revolutionary MA Digital Fashion course. It has been created to meet the continuous development of digital technologies and their effects on a fast-changing fashion industry! Professor Jules Dagonet, head of UCA’s School of Fashion, said: “There’s no doubt the future of fashion will be digitally powered, whether it’s the virtual catwalk show streaming live for a global audience, the manufacturer controlling a real-time global supply chain, the consumer using 3D software to try clothes online before they order, or a couture client spending thousands of dollars on a garment that exists only online. “Our MA offers students the chance to develop a unique design skillset, taught and mentored by industry leaders and experts and with hands-on experience of the latest technologies.” The course is led by UCA’s experts in both fashion and games and students will have access to the latest cutting-edge software including Marvellous Design, Maya and Gerber AccuMark 3D.
